Why Not Loz went up with the lids and was slow to begin.
Mr. Diaz, Pyrenees Inferno and Mr. Delahoya collided on the first turn checking Mr. Diaz and Pyrenees Inferno. Mexican Ned clipped the heels of Why Not Loz in the home straight, causing Why Not Loz to stumble and Mexican Ned to fall.
Why Not Loz underwent a post-race veterinary examination - no apparent injury was reported.
Mexican Ned underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have injuries to the left shoulder, left hip and right triangle. A 10 day stand down period was imposed.
