Steward's Report
Double Glaze was a late scratching at 8:47 am under the provisions of the Transport Policy (Travel in Hot Weather) under GAR 23. No stand down period was imposed.
Blackpool Marvel was quick to begin. Mario Vest Only and Love Heart were slow to begin.
Mario Vest Only galloped on the heels of Brylee approaching the home turn, severely checking Brylee.
Brylee underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have right foreleg monkey and shoulder muscle, left hindleg triangle, and right hindleg pencil/whip injuries. A 10 day stand down period was imposed.
