Steward's Report
Fab's Special and Daisy Doo collided soon after the start. Black Opaque and Abby's Star collided soon after the start. Fab's Special, Any Excuse and Foxzami Raptor collided approaching the first turn checking Lektra Desire. Any Excuse and Foxzami Raptor collided on the first turn checking Foxzami Raptor. Daisy Doo and Any Excuse collided approaching the home turn severely checking Daisy Doo which collided with Foxzami Raptor, resulting in Foxzami Raptor being checked and Daisy Doo falling.
Daisy Doo underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a fractured left ulna. A 90 day stand down period was imposed.
Following the event, Stewards inspected the track in the vicinty of the home turn and deemed the surface suitable for racing.
