Crazy Happy was quick to begin. My Way and Stormcast collided approaching the first turn checking both greyhounds. Aston Alessio and Quick Paws collided on the first turn severely checking Quick Paws, checking All Hollywood, Tara's Magic and Poppo's Grinning. Poppo's Grinning was checked off My Way approaching the home turn. Stormcast and All Hollywood collided on the home turn. Stormcast and Tara's Magic collided in the home straight.
Poppo's Grinning underwent a post race veterinary examination and no apparent injury was reported.
