Steward's Report
Stewards delayed the announcement of All Clear to investigate debris left on the track after birds landed at the top of the home straight. After inspecting that section of the track and viewing video footage of the race, Stewards were satisfied that the debris on the track did not materially prejudice the chances of any greyhound and as such declared All Clear on the semaphored numbers.
Mr. Eddie, Amuri Flo and Lil Miss Shooter were slow to begin.
Amuri Flo and Lil Miss Shooter collided soon after the start checking Amuri Flo. Mr. Eddie checked off Maximum Abbie approaching the first turn. Jack's Gone Wild, Don't Argue Love and Bethpage collided on the first turn severely checking Don't Argue Love and Bethpage. Maximum Abbie, Don't Argue Love and Mr. Eddie collided approaching the home turn checking Don't Argue Love, Amuri Flo and Lil Miss Shooter. Lil Miss Shooter checked off Amuri Flo approaching the home turn. Don't Argue Love and Bethpage collided entering the home straight.
