Steward's Report
A pre-race sample was taken from Cosmic Katie.
Miss Caitlyn and Blue Tick Fern were quick to begin. Chart Topper and Classic Paws were slow to begin. Miss Caitlyn was checked off Blue Tick Fern soon after the start. Good Old Pendles was checked off Miss Caitlyn approaching the first turn. Chart Topper contacted the running rail on the first turn and lost ground. Chart Topper and Cosmic Katie collided on the home turn.
Chart Topper underwent a post race veterinary examination and no apparent injury was reported.
