Balance, Sain Ray and Bad Words collided soon after the start. Tiggerlong Ring checked off Balance soon after the start. Lilly An' Page and Bad Words collided approaching the first turn, checking Lilly An' Page, Saint Ray and Tye Me Over. Close To Carnage, Lilly An' Page and Tye Me Over collided approaching the winning post.
Lilly An' Page underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a left hindleg back muscle injury. A 21 day stand down period was imposed.
