Steward's Report
Miss Pepperjack - Late scratching at 11.21am due to the greyhound being on season (GAR 24). A 28 day stand down period was imposed.
Samples were taken from Slingshot Prince, Aston Shadow and Lily Potter at the respective Trainers' kennels earlier today.
Aston Shadow, Lily Potter and Maximum Refusal collided soon after the start. Dewana Fair Go and Aston Shadow collided on the first turn. Aston Shadow raced wide on the home turn.
Slingshot Prince underwent a post-race veterinary examination - no apparent injury was reported.
Stewards spoke to Ms Deborah Coleman, the representative for Slingshot Prince, and requested that the kennel report as soon as practicable anything that may have affected the running of Slingshot Prince in the event which was not noted by Stewards during or immediately after the event.
