Due to Government Social Distancing Laws under COVID-19 and acting in accordance with GAR 51 (10), the Stewards have directed that the boxing process in Victoria will revert to and continue under the 4-wave model being 1 & 5 boxed first, followed by 3 & 7, followed by 2 & 6, followed by 4 & 8.  Handlers are required to exit the area after boxing and maintain their 1.5m distance from other handlers and staff at all times.

All persons (both Staff & Participants) attending today, undertook successful health screenings that in-turn, permitted entry to the venue for exclusive race-day functions and operations.

Ray Keeping, Fabriola Acai and Chopper bale collided soon after the start checking Fabriola Acai. Two Stone Light and Fabriola Dill collided on the first turn. Fabriola Acai checked off Fabriola Dill on the home turn and collided with Ray Keeping checking both greyhounds.

Call To Order underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a right monkey muscle injury. A 21 day stand down period was imposed.

All Cylinders, Oriental Pins and Cullquin Finn collided soon after the start checking Flying Bella and Oriental Pins. Flying Bella and All Cylinders collided approaching the first turn checking Flying Bella. Royalty Runa and Aston Thunder collided on the first turn checking Royalty Runa. Mr. Bar Wicked, All Cylinders and Cullquin Finn collided in the first turn checking Royalty Runa and All Cylinders. Cullquin Finn lost ground on the home turn. Oriental Pins brushed the running rail entering the home straight.

Cullquin Finn underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a left wrist injury and a minor abrasion to the left stopper. A 21 day stand down period was imposed.

Mr. G. Berry was fined $50 for failing to ensure the registration card was produced for the greyhound Seven Enemies pursuant to GAR 33.

Winlock Winner stumbled soon after the start and lost considerable ground. Dundee Jester and Kareda Gold collided on the first turn checking Dundee Jester. Aston Franc and Seven Enemies collided approaching the home turn. Dundee Jester and Kareda Gold collided on the home turn and again entering the home straight checking both greyhounds.

Step Aside - Late scratching at 14:00 on the advice of the On-Track Veterinarian (GAR 37) due to a right wrist injury. A 10 day stand down period was imposed.

Kraken Smiles was slow to begin. Weeona Bulldozer checked off Kraken Smiles on the first turn.Crazy Old Fool and Weeona Bulldozer collided approaching the home turn, on the home turn and entering the home home straight checking both greyhounds.

Crazy Old Fool underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a minor spike wound to the left hock. No stand down period was imposed.

Fran Keeping underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a slow recovery. A 14 day stand down period was imposed.

Sanctify checked off Vonn approaching the first turn. Shamrock Boy and Trickster Cabang collided approaching the first turn. Vonn and Aston Genesis collided on the first turn. Trickster Cabang and Mr. Daver collided on the home turn and entering the home straight.

Headwill was slow to begin.

Cursed, Swift Current and Quillan Bale collided on the first turn checking Quillan Bale and severely checking Swift Current. Cursed, Lance Link and Gotta Place collided approaching the home turn checking Lance Link. Qullan Bale galloped on Dove's Cry on the home turn checking Swift Current and severely checking Dove's Cry and Quillan Bale. Cursed turned it's head inwards and marred Lucille Dior approaching the winning post checking Lucille Dior and Gotta Place.

Stewards spoke to Mr. T. Anlezark, the trainer of Cursed regarding the greyhounds racing manners approaching the winning post. Mr. T.  Anlezark declined to have the greyhound vetted following the event. Acting under the provisions of GAR 69(1) Cursed was charged with marring. Mr. Anlezark pleaded guilty to the charge, Cursed is suspended for 28 days at Shepparton and must perform a Satisfactory Trial (all tracks), pursuant to GAR 69(2)(a) before any future nomination will be accepted.

Dove's Cry underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have minor spike wounds to both hind legs. No stand down period was imposed.

Lance Link underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have split webbing to the left rear paw. A 21 stand down period was imposed.

A pre-race sample was taken from Short Leash.

Lektra Desire underwent a veterinary examination prior to racing and was passed fit to race.

Go Pies and Gunmetal Liam collided soon after checking Gunmetal Liam. Go Pies, Short Leash, Gallant Toby and Darklight collided on the first turn checking Go Pies, Houlio and Short Leash. Gallant Toby and Darklight collided in the home straight.
