Trainer Mr R. Hill requested that My Bro Lucky undergo a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a left calf injury.  A 5 day stand down period was imposed.

Runaway Angel underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have an abrasion to the right hind medial, no stand down period was imposed. Stewards spoke to representative Mr S. Kyriacopoulos, regarding the greyhounds racing manners approaching the second turn. Acting under the provisions of GAR 69(B)(1), Runaway Angel was charged with failing to pursue the lure with due commitment (by reason of injury).  Mr Kyriacopoulos pleaded guilty to the charge, Runaway Angel must perform a Satisfactory Trial (all tracks) pursuant to GAR 69(B)(1)(a) before any future nomination will be accepted.

Flirty Talks underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a left hind lost/torn nail.  A 14 day stand down period was imposed.

Stewards spoke to Mr M. Lanigan, the representative of Mepunga Wonder regarding the greyhounds racing manners from approaching the second turn to the home turn. Acting under the provisions of GAR 69(1) Mepunga Wonder was charged with marring. Mr Lanigan pleaded guilty to the charge, Mepunga Wonder is suspended for 3 months at all tracks and must perform a Satisfactory Trial (all tracks), pursuant to GAR 69(2)(b) before any future nomination will be accepted.

One More Light and Let's Roll were quick to begin.

Little Rage and Totally Bullish collided soon after the start checking Totally Bullish.  One More Light, It's A Drama and Bronelly Buster collided approaching the first turn checking all three greyhounds.  Let's Roll and Little Rage collided on the first turn checking Little Rage.
