A sample was taken from Hayley's Hero at the trainer's kennel earlier today.
Carter Senor was quick to begin. Wow Anna and Darnum Bolt were slow to begin. Zereva crossed in soon after the start checking severely checking Hayley's Hero. Cyclone Arrow, Hayley's Hero, Wow Anna and Darnum Bolt collided approaching the first turn severely checking Wow Anna. Cyclone Arrow galloped on Winlock Buggy on the first turn. Darnum Bolt and Zereva collided on the home turn checking Zereva. Cyclone Arrow and Carter Senor collided approaching the winning post.
Cyclone Arrow underwent a post race veterinary examination and no apparent injury was reported.
Stewards spoke to Mr. N. Koutsourakis the trainer of Cyclone Arrow and issued a warning regarding the greyhound's racing manners approaching the winning post.
