Steward's Report
Impending, Cavernando and Amarillo Highway collided soon after the start. Saint Destructor checked off Fly High Billy on the first turn checking Giggling Gerty, severely checking Impending, Cavernando and Zipping Dodge; causing Zipping Dodge to fall. Saint Destructor and Giggling Gerty collided on the second turn and again in the back straight.
Zipping Dodge underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a left hip injury. A 3 day stand down period was imposed.
A post-race sample was taken from Amarillo Highway - the winner of the event.
