Heidi was quick to begin.  He Shall Blitz was slow to begin.  Run To You crossed to the rail approaching the first turn checking Ishmy Dozer.  He Shall Blitz and Hook Along Patch collided on the first turn.

Flying Lucky was quick to begin.  Blazing Strings was slow to begin.  Flying Lucky, Daisy Mac and Rocky Gully collided soon after the start checking Daisy Mac.  Flying Lucky, Corona Cold, Blazing Strings and Rocky Gully collided on the first turn.

Rocky Pie and Maverick Maya were quick to begin.  Zambora Tara were slow to begin.  Busy Time raced wide approaching the home turn.

Rockin' Richard was quick to begin.  Eagle Jet and Aston Clurey collided soon after the start.  Eagle Jet, Aston Clurey, He Shall Rodger and Rockin' Richard collided on the first turn severely checking Aston Clurey and Rockin' Richard.  Aston Clurey and Rockin' Richard collided entering the home straight and again in the home straight.

Aston Clurey underwent a post race veterinary examination and was found to have a minor sand burn on the left hind foot.  No stand down period was imposed.

Zipping Cedric was quick to begin.  Grab That Earn, Whistlin Missile and Razor Roy collided soon after the start,  Whistlin Missile and Zipping Cedric collided on the first turn severely checking Zipping Cedric.  Zipping Cedric faltered entering the home straight and subsequently tailed off.

Zipping Cedric underwent a post race veterinary examination and was found to have a fractured right hock and was humanely euthanased.

Stewards inspected the track where Zipping Cedric faltered and deemed the track satisfactory for racing.

Waltz On Bye, Hurricane Red and Black Mintie were slow to begin.  Cute Patootie and Maximum Sarah collided approaching the first turn checking Cute Patootie.  Hurricane Red and Olive's Branch collided on the first turn.  Hurricane Red clipped the heels of Parabellum on the home turn.  Waltz On Bye crossed out and raced wide on the home turn.  Olive's Branch and Black Mintie collided in the home straight.  Black Mintie, Parabellum, Cute Patootie and Waltz On Bye raced wide in the home straight.

Holly's Affair was slow to begin.  Rock Me David and Winlock Newbolt collided soon after the start.  Maverick Nacho was checked off Winlock Dyno approaching the first turn.  Rock Me David, Rollo Ragnar and Holly's Affair collided on the first turn checking Holly's Affair.

Sultan Bale and Rojo Ollie were slow to begin.  Sultan Bale and Rojo Ollie collided approaching the first turn checking Rojo Ollie.  My Girl Mel and Darklight collided on the first turn checking both greyhounds.  My Girl Mel and Darklight collided entering the home straight checking both greyhounds.  Rojo Ollie crossed out on the home turn and raced wide in the home straight.  My Girl Mel and Darklight collided in the home straight and again approaching the winning post.

Rojo Ollie underwent a post race veterinary examination and was found to have an injured left wrist.  A 5 day stand down period was imposed.

Re-examination (re-vet):-

Aston Vuitton - In accordance with GAR 73, presented for a re-vet at the conclusion of kennelling as the greyhound was found to be injured at Bendigo on 13/03/20.  Aston Vuitton was examined by the on-track veterinarian and found to be free from injury.  Aston Vuitton was cleared to race.
