Stewards altered the closing time of kennelling in accordance with GAR 31, due to the late arrival of several trainers who experienced significant traffic delays on-route to the track. The kennels closed at 1.50pm.

Jazzier was slow to begin. 

Happy Hannah and Royal Coconut collided soon after the start. Royal Coconut shifted in on the first turn causing Happy Hannah and Jazzier to collide. Jazzier checked off Happy Hannah on the second turn. 

Nenna Tears and Och Eye Mum were quick to begin.

Och Eye Mum and Social Byte raced wide approaching the second turn. Social Byte commenced to lose ground from the second turn. Nenna Tears and Blazing Strings collided approaching the home turn checking Blazing Strings. Blazing Strings and Blue Gal collided on the home turn. 

Social Byte underwent a post-race veterinary examination - no apparent injury was reported. Trainer, Mr Robert Conway declined the option to have the greyhound re-vetted. 

Stewards spoke to Mr Robert Conway, the trainer of Social Byte regarding its performance in this event. Stewards deemed the performance unsatisfactory, acting in accordance with GAR 71, Social Byte must perform a Satisfactory Trial (all tracks) before any future nomination will be accepted.

Swift Intention, Run Like Jess and Nothin' To Lose collided approaching the first turn. Why Not Rose shifted in on the first turn and collided with Swift Intention checking It's A Flirt, Run Like Jess and Nothin' To Lose and causing Why Not Rose to stumble and subsequently tailed off; Swift Intention fell as a result. It's A Flirt checked off Run Like Jess on the second turn and lost ground. Johnny Be Good tired over the concluding stages. 

Swift Intention underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have injuries to the left wrist, left deltiod muscle, right sartorius muscle and left stopper bone. A 14 day stand down period was imposed. 

Why Not Rose underwent a post-race veterinary examination - no apparent injury was reported. 

Limburg Nemesis - Late scratching at 1.20pm on the advice of the On-Track Veterinarian (GAR 37) due to illness. A 14 day stand down period was imposed. 

A pre-race sample was taken from Victa Terri.

Tekki Nibbles and One Night Only collided soon after the start. Victa Terri checked off Cornhill Tiger on the first turn and raced wide. 

Victa Terri underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have injuries to the right deltoid muscle and right trapezius muscle. A 7 day stand down period was imposed. 

A post-race sample was taken from One Night Only - the winner of the event.

Prince Cody was slow to begin.

Speedy Ryder faltered approaching the first turn and subsequently tailed off. 

Speedy Ryder underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have injuries to the right back muscle and left triangle muscle. A 90 day stand down period was imposed. 

Trainer, Mr Jordan Cooper was fined $50 for failing to ensure the registration card was produced for the greyhound Crackerjack Fish pursuant to GAR 33.

Red Queen and She's An Earn were quick to begin.

Talulah Bale and Lightning Blast collided soon after the start. Talulah Bale and Tamou Bale collided on the first turn checking Talulah Bale. Crackerjack Fish and Lightning Blast collided on the second turn checking Tamou Blae and severely checking Crackerjack Fish. Lightning Blast shifted in approaching the winning post checking Fourth Dimention. 

Kranskey – Late scratching at 7.32pm on 7th March 2020 when Mr Mark Johnson reported the greyhound to have an illness (GAR 23). A 10 day stand down period was imposed. Stewards will require a veterinary certificate before any future nomination will be accepted. 

Sky Channel amended the start time of this event to 4.07pm (2 minutes ahead of the advertised start time) without having notified GRV. As a result of the Stewards being unaware of the  change the race jumped at the advertised start time of 4.09pm.

French Sugar and Double Tactic collided soon after the start checking Double Tactic. Jackson's River and Sailing Shoes collided approaching the winning post. 

A pre-race sample was taken from Almapa Sunshine. 

By Your Side, Last Hurrah and Almapa Sunshine collided on the third turn checking Last Hurrah, By Your Side and Debbie's Destiny. Debbie's Destiny raced wide from approaching the home turn to the home turn. 

A pre-race sample was taken from Motor City Tiger. 

Sweet Impala was quick to begin. Superior Cripps was slow to begin. 

Zipping Samara and Slick Intention collided soon after the start. He Shall Power and Superior Cripps collided on the first turn. Superior Cripps lost ground on the second turn. Motor City Tiger galloped on Zipping Samara on the third turn checking He Shall Power and Slick Intention. 

Superior Cripps underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have injuries to the left and right deltiod muscles. A 7 day stand down period was imposed. 

Sky Channel amended the start time for this event to 5.05pm from the advertised start time of 5.07pm. 

Dorellie Love and Bolshoi Ballet were slow to begin. 

Dundee Jazz and Tigers Nineteen collided in the front straight checking Tigers Nineteen. Dundee Jazz and Oddjob Lad collided on the second turn. Oddjob Lad checked off Dundee Jazz on the third turn and collided with Dorellie Love and Tigers Nineteen. 

A post-race sample was taken from Angie Ling - the winner of the event. 

A pre-race sample was taken from Shadow Mist. 

I'm The Poppet, Crackerjack Daza and Screen Shot collided on the first turn causing Vesper Bale to gallop on I'm The Poppet severely checking I'm The Poppet. Lady Pandora raced wide in the front straight.
