Steward's Report
GRIU Investigative Stewards identified suspended participant Ms Alice Barrett on course during the kenneling period. Stewards issued a direction to Ms Barrett to leave the Geelong Greyhound Racing Club premises within a resonable time period and as a result she left the course. GRIU Investigative Stewards will follow up on this matter in the coming days.
Pamma, Gellar Bale and Filorga Bale collided soon after the start. Filorga Bale and Pamma collided approaching the first turn, checking Pamma: causing Pamma to contact the running rail and lost ground as a result. Gellar Bale and Want It All collided on the first turn. Euchre John and Whisky Hans collided on the first turn. Filorga Bale checked off Euchre John approaching the home turn. Euchre John checked off Whisky Hans entering the home straight. Euchre John raced wide in the home straight.
Pamma underwent a post-race veterinary examination - no apparent injury was reported.
