Almapa Berisha, Peter Galo and Vivatar collided on the first turn, checking Almapa Berisha: causing Kouta Mayhem to clip the heels of Almapa Berisha and collide with Lady Emerald as a result. Peter Galo checked off Vivatar approaching the home turn. Ash Star, Kouta Mayhem, Almapa Berisha and Lady Emerald collided approaching the home turn, checking Lady Emerald. Supplementry Report: The autopsy on Kouta Mayhem concluded generally that the cause of death was from "extensive internal haemorrhage with circulatory collapse". No prohibited substances were detected in any samples.
