Snake Pit Lass and Aston Perignon were slow to begin.

Gardener's Boyo and Zipping Kiki collided on the first turn. Halbred Bale and Gardener's Boyo collided approaching the second turn. Gardener's Boyo checked off Zipping Kiki entering the back straight. Moraine Rosie checked off Halbred Bale on the third turn. Moraine Rosie and Lektra Style collided on the home turn checking Lektra Style causing Zipping Kiki to fall severely checking Snake Pit Lass as a result.

Zipping Kiki underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have an injury to the left monkey muscle. A 5 day stand down period was imposed.

Kat's Hughy and Padrino Rocks collided approaching the second turn. Inga Leo raced wide entering the back straight. Samp De Keats raced wide in the back straight. Padrino Rocks and Dundee Spectre collided on the home turn checking Dundee Spectre.

Kat's Hughy underwent a post-race veterinary examination following an incident entering the catching pen and was found to have a spike wound on the left hind paw. A 3 day stand down period was imposed.

Belt Up Ronny - Late scratching at 12.56pm on the advice of the On-Track Veterinarian (GAR 37) due to an injury to the left monkey muscle. A 3 day stand down period was imposed. 

Franki Jay was slow to begin.

Shakey Coconut checked off Nebraska Nell collided approaching the first turn. Nebraska Nell and I'm Easy Boys collided approaching the first turn checking Nebraska Nell. Nebraska Nell, Shakey Coconut, Franki Jay and Dundee Jester collided on the first turn checking all greyhounds. Nebrask Nell and Shakey Coconut collided in the back straight checking Nebraska Nell. 

During the taking  of of the swab of  I'm Easy Boys stewards observed that the greyhound had a minor cut and was subsequently vetted. I'm Easy Boys and was found to have a torn nail on the left foreleg. A 3 day stand down period was imposed.

High Kings and Soda Witch were quick to begin. Modern Icon was slow to begin.

High Kings and Revelation collided on the first turn. Revelation and Ledgerwood Libby collided on the first turn checking Ledgerwood Libby. Rico's Amore and Crackerjack Soc collided on the first turn checking Crackerjack Soc. Modern Icon crossed to the outside on the second turn and checked off Crackerjack Soc. High Kings and Rico's Amore collided on the third turn checking both greyhounds. Crackerjack Soc lost ground over the concluding stages.

Crackerjack Soc underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have an injury to the left pectoral muscle. A 7 day stand down period was imposed.

Blusain Bolt, Double Supreme and Nerve Settler collided on the first turn checking Nerve Settler, Saint West and Dyna Bonnay severely checking Double Supreme. Push and So Amazing collided on the second turn. Dyna Bonnay lost ground over the concluding stages.

Dyna Bonnay underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have injuries to the left chest muscle and left triangle muscle. A 7 day stand down period was imposed.

Dewana Milkshake and Ultra Light collided soon after the start. Cornhill Tiger checked off Dewana Milkshake approaching the second turn checking Bold. Steppenwolf checked off All Inn Abby approaching the third turn checking Dewana Milkshake. All Inn Abby galloped on Ultra Light approaching the home turn causing Ultra Light to fall checking Steppenwolf and Bold, severely checking All Inn Abby which crossed to the outside checking Dewana Milkshake and Cornhill Tiger as a result.

Ultra Light underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a suspected fractured left shoulder. A 28 day stand down period was imposed.

Rock Me David, Lulumon and Up And About collided soon after the start checking Shifting Sands. Lulumon and Shifting Sands collided approaching the first turn. Lulumon crossed out on the first turn checking Up And About. Tech Stock and Rock Me David collided several times from the first turn to approaching the second turn checking Rock Me David.
