Steward's Report
King Colt crossed to rail soon after the start. Sky Wesley. Rojo Ollie, Showgirl Queen, Tansy and Bourbski Bar collided approaching the first turn checking Rojo Ollie, Showgirl Queen, Tansy and Bourski Bar causing Showgirl Queen and Unique Quality to collide, Unique Quality raced wide as a result. Rojo Ollie and Tansy collided approaching the second turn. Showgirl Queen and Unique Quality collided approaching the third turn checking both greyhounds. King Colt and Sky Wesley collided approaching the home turn. Sky Wesley and Bourbski Bar collided entering the home straight.
Showgirl Queen underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a right sesamoid, right trapezius and right triangle muscle injuries. A 10 day stand down period was imposed.
Unique Quality underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a right trapezius, left sartorius and left triangle muscle injuries. A 10 day stand down period was imposed.
A post-race sample was taken from Max Tractor - winner of the event.
