Mane Toy and Thandie Bale collided soon after the start.  Filorga Bale crossed in approaching the first turn checking Thandie Bale, Dream Wizard and severely checking Mane Toy which lost ground.  Thandie Bale and Dream Wizard collided on the first turn checking Thandie Bale.  Dream Wizard checked off Filorga Bale approaching the home turn.  Maximum Jodie and Thursday Thunder raced wide approaching the home turn.  Dream Wizard raced wide on the home turn and collided with Filorga Bale and Thursday Thunder.  

Dream Wizard underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have an abrasion to the left metatarsal.  A 3 day stand down period was imposed.

Duce Royal checked off Desiree Dancer approaching the first turn.  Percy's Curse and Winlock Casper collided on the first turn.  Winlock Casper checked off Desiree Dancer on the first turn and collided with Duce Royal, both raced wide and lost ground as a result.  Lemonade Kid and Desiree Dancer collided on the first turn causing Percy's Curse to gallop on Lemonade Kid checking Lemonade Kid. 

Winlock Casper underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a left monkey muscle injury and a spike wound to the right fibula.  A 5 day stand down period was imposed.

Captain Jake underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a left hamstring injury, abrasion and spike wounds to the right front foot and the left metatarsal.  A 5 day stand down period was imposed.

What A Kicker, Brave Traveller and Yeah Baby collided soon after the start checking Brave Traveller.  What A Kicker contacted the running rail on the first turn.  Yeah Baby checked off Baz The Rocket on the first turn checking Brave Traveller and severely checking Yeah Baby and Baz The Rocket.  What A Kicker raced wide entering the home straight.
