Nessa's Ex Teddy and Nessa's Audrey were slow to begin.  Tiggerlong Tonk and Gino Gambino collided approaching the first turn.  Two Up Thommo checked off Tiggerlong Tonk on the first turn checking Gino Gambino causing Two Up Thommo to lose ground as a result.  Tiggerlong Tonk clipped the heels of Madam Rosmerta approaching the second turn.  Two Up Thommo and Sprightly Fabio collided on the second turn.  Two Up Thommo, Sprightly Fabio and Nessa's Ex Teddy collided on the third turn checking Two Up Thommo.

Two Up Thommo was vetted following the event.  It was reported that there was no apparent injury found.

Baby Eden and Dim Sim were quick to begin.  Indominus and Couture collided soon after the start.  Bunning Snag and Gladiator collided approaching the first turn.  Iylee Bale checked off Dim Sim on the first turn.  Baby Eden checked off Dim Sim approaching the second turn checking Iylee Bale.  Baby Eden checked off Iylee Bale entering the back straight.  Bunning Snag clipped the heels of Dim Sim entering the home straight.

Ginny Weasley and Zekel Bale were slow to begin.  Aston Lindop and Sprightly Bro collided approaching the first turn checking Aston Lindop which collided with Ginny Weasley and Zekel Bale as a result.  Ginny Weasley checked off Sprightly Bro approaching the first turn checking Aston Lindop.  Starry's Lad, Okawa On Fire, Sprightly Bro and Kat's Hughy collided on the first turn checking Starry's Lad, severely checking Okawa On Fire, Ginny Weasley, Zekel Bale and Aston Lindop.  Okawa On Fire turned its head outwards and collided with Aston Lindop approaching the second turn, severely checking Aston Lindop which collided with Zekel Bale.  

Okawa On Fire was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained a spike wound to the right hind, no stand down period was imposed.  Stewards spoke to Mr C. Tilley, Trainer of Okawa On Fire regarding the greyhound's racing manners approaching the second turn.  Acting under the provisions of GAR 69(B)(1), Okawa On Fire was charged with failing to pursue the lure with due commitment (by reason of injury). Mr Tilley pleaded guilty to the charge, Okawa On Fire must perform a Satisfactory Trial (all tracks) pursuant to GAR 69(B)(1)(a) before any future nomination will be accepted

Zekel Bale was vetted following the event.  It was reported that there was no apparent injury found.

Aston Lindop was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained an injury to the right hock, a 7 day stand down period was imposed.

A sample was taken from Kilpatrick upon arrival at the course.

Extra Speed and What's Up Skip were quick to begin.  Kilpatrick, Koenigsegg Agera and Mepunga Frankie were slow to begin.  Koenigsegg Agera and Mepunga Frankie collided soon after the start.  Koenigsegg One, Mepunga Frankie and Star Reiko collided approaching the first turn.  Chillin contacted the running rail on the first turn.  Koenigsegg One and Mepunga Frankie collided on the first turn.  Koenigsegg One checked off Chillin approaching the second turn checking Star Reiko.  Star Reiko faltered entering the back straight and subsequently pulled up as a result.  Extra Speed checked off Kilpatrick in the home straight causing Extra Speed and What's Up Skip to collide.

Star Reiko was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained a fractured right hock, a 90 day stand down period was imposed.

Mr J. Westerlo, Trainer of Ultimate Bling was issued with a warning after the greyhound Ultimate Bling was negligently (GAR 86(o)) placed in the incorrect kennel during the kennelling process. 

Club Official, Mr Brent Jacuta was reminded of his responsibilities after the greyhound Ultimate Bling was placed in the incorrect kennel during the kennelling process. This matter was referred to the Club Manager for further consideration and remediation.

Dyna Alia  was quick to begin.  Lady Danger and Premier Rumble were slow to begin.  Ultimate Bling raced wide soon after the start, severely checking Lady Danger causing Ultimate Bling and Hadeel Bale to collide as a result.  Rockstar Steffi and Busy Bella collided approaching the first turn.  Nangar Rippa checked off Hadeel Bale on the first turn.  Rockstar Steffi, Premier Rumble and Busy Bella collided approaching the second turn, severely checking Ultimate Bling and Busy Bella causing both greyhounds to lose ground as a result.
