Steward's Report

An out of competition sample was taken from Percy's Curse on 10th September 2019 pursuant to GAR 79A

A pre-race sample was taken from Percy's Curse.

Vitaliser and Lord Davinci collided soon after the start.  Let's Roll, Dyna Winter and Why Not Bazzar collided soon after the start.  Dyna Winter and Boona Lad collided soon after the start.  Lord Davinci and Let's Roll collided on the first turn causing Lord Davinci to contact the running rail.  Lemonade Kid checked off Why Not Bazzar on the first turn checking Lemonade Kid and Let's Roll.  Let's Roll galloped on Vitaliser on the first turn.  Boona Lad raced wide on the first turn.  Lord Davinci raced wide on the home turn and again in the home straight.  

Lord Davinci underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a right back muscle injury and an abrasion to the left hind metatarsal and an injury to the tail tip.  A 5 day stand down period was imposed.
