Tiggerlong Tonk, They Love Me and Peas And Carrots collided soon after the start checking They Love Me. Nicky As visibly eased and pulled up approaching the first turn. Magpie Robbie and They Love Me collided on the first turn checking Magpie Robbie. They Love Me and Nessa's Ex Teddy collided on the first turn. Kat's Jerry and Peas And Carrots collided on the third turn checking Kat's Jerry.
Nicky As underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a left monkey muscle, left chest muscle and left back muscle injuries. A 10 day stand down period was imposed.
