Chun Li was quick to begin.  Ragnar Bale and Marsha were slow to begin.

Silent Dismissal and Finn Bop collided on the first turn causing Silent Dismissal to contact the running rail checking both greyhounds.  Ragnar Bale contacted the running rail approaching the second turn.  Ragnar Bale and Marsha collided on the third turn, Ragnar Bale lost ground as a result.  Ragnar Bale and Finn Bop collided entering the home straight.

Ragnar Bale underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was re-examined following race 4. Ragnar Bale was found to have injuries to both monkey muscles. A 10 day stand down period was imposed.

Silent Dismissal underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have an abrasion to the left hind foot.  No stand down period was imposed.

Loufie, Another Rupee, Gemma Blue and Laughed A Lot were slow to begin.

Another Rupee and Gemma Blue collided on the first turn.  Dr. Brissa and Loufie collided on the first turn.  Dr. Brissa, Another Rupee and Gemma Blue collided on the third turn severely checking Dr. Brissa and Another Rupee.  Loufie contacted the running rail approaching the home turn.

Loufie underwent a post-race veterinary examination - no apparent injury was reported.

A pre-race sample was taken from Dustification.

Missy Giblet and Dustification were quick to begin.  Dr. Puma was slow to begin. 

Dewana Milkshake, Glory Road, Pair Of Nines and Dr. Puma collided soon after the start checking Dewana Milkshake.  Glory Road galloped on Pair Of Nines on the first turn checking both greyhounds.  Missy Giblet and Dustification collided on the first turn.  Glory Road brushed the running rail on the first turn.  Pair Of Nines contacted the running rail on the first turn. Dr. Puma raced wide on the second turn and again in the back straight.  Dustification galloped on Missy Giblet on the third turn.

Pair Of Nines underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a left monkey muscle injury. A 5 day stand down period was imposed.

Panel One was slow to begin.

Moraine Rosie and Fleur Burger collided soon after the start. Anise and Moraine Rosie collided approaching the first turn checking both greyhounds. Artic Assassin checked off Fleur Burger on the first turn. New York Diva checked off Moraine Rosie on the first turn. Moraine Rosie galloped on Panel One on the third turn checking Panel One.

Shima Rock was slow to begin.

Zekel Bale and Winlock Winner collided soon after the start. Chicken Twistie contacted the running rail approaching the first turn and lost ground. Winlock Winner and Mr. Milford collided approaching the first turn checking Mr. Milford. Milly Mac and Shima Rock collided on the first turn. Chicken Twistie checked off Our Airman on the first turn and lost ground. Mr. Milford and Milly Mac collided on the second turn. Shima Rock, Zekel Bale and My Dewana Penny collided on the third turn checking Shima Rock and My Dewana Penny.

Chicken Twistie underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have injuries to the left groin, right hamstrings and both chest muscles. A 10 day stand down period was imposed.

A pre-race sample was taken from Black Treasure.

Hadeel Bale was quick to begin.

Saint West and You Aussie collided approaching the first turn.  Black Treasure and Beatrice collided on the first turn checking Black Treasure.  Black Treasure checked off Dyna Virion on the home turn. 

Destini Ferrari – Acting on a confirmed telephone call from Trainer Mr. M. Bewley the greyhound was a late scratching at 11.50am due to a vehicle breakdown (GAR 31). A 28 day stand down period was imposed. Mr M. Bewley was advised that evidence of the breakdown will need to be submitted, to the satisfaction of Stewards, within 48 hours of the occurrence that caused the non-arrival. The matter will be re-evaluated upon receipt of this evidence.

Jonty Bale was slow to begin.

Titanium Lad, No Excuse and Our Rock Man collided soon after the start checking No Excuse and Our Rock Man. Titanium Lad and Nerve Settler collided approaching the first turn checking Nerve Settler. Jonty Bale and No Excuse collided on the first turn. No Excuse checked off Jonty Bale on the third turn.

She's A Mitzi and Winlock Dyno were quick to begin.  Winlock Newbolt and Bomber Creek were slow to beign. 

Mimstar and Big Deal collided soon after the start.  Winlock Newbolt, Mimstar and Big Deal collided approaching the first turn.  Bomber Creek crossed to the rail approaching the first turn colliding with Big Deal and Mimstar.  She's A Mitzi and Lagoon Rhett collided on the first turn.  Awesome Catch and Winlock Dyno collided on the first turn checking Bomber Creek.  Winlock Newbolt, Mimstar and Big Deal collided on the first turn checking Mimstar.  She's A Mitzi and Winlock Dyno collided on the second turn checking Winlock Dyno.  Winlock Dyno checked off Winlock Newbolt on the home turn. 

Magpie Robbie and Nessa's Ex Teddy were slow to begin.

Tiggerlong Tonk, They Love Me and Hurricane Armo collided soon after the start checking Hurricane Armo. Tiggerlong Tonk, They Love Me and Peas And Carrots collided soon after the start checking They Love Me. Nicky As visibly eased and pulled up approaching the first turn.  Magpie Robbie and They Love Me collided on the first turn checking Magpie Robbie. They Love Me and Nessa's Ex Teddy collided on the first turn. Kat's Jerry and Peas And Carrots collided on the third turn checking Kat's Jerry. 

Nicky As underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a left monkey muscle, left chest muscle and left back muscle injuries.  A 10 day stand down period was imposed.  Stewards spoke to the represenative Mr K. Kubik, regarding the greyhounds racing manners approaching the first turn.  Acting under the provisions of GAR 69(B)(1), Nicky As was charged with failing to pursue the lure with due commitment (by reason of injury). Mr Kubik pleaded guilty to the charge, Nicky As must perform a Satisfactory Trial (all tracks) pursuant to GAR 69(B)(1)(a) before any future nomination will be accepted.

Dyna Garner and Zipping Clifford collided soon after the start.  Zipping Clifford and Tessa Allen collided on the first turn checking Zipping Clifford, Tessa Allen and Miss Klara.  Dyna Garner and Living Daylights collided on the first turn.  Living Daylights and Miss Klara collided entering the front straight checking Zipping Clifford and severely checking Miss Klara.  Tessa Allen and Miss Klara collided on the second turn. 

Ursula Allen and Chill Out Webby collided soon after the start checking both greyhounds.  Dyna Elise checked off Spring Typhoon approaching the second turn.  Maina Honey and Shima Deal collided entering the back straight.

Loch Tight was quick to begin. 

Zipping Nitro and Fast Izzi collided soon after the start.  Mitch Bale and Loch Tight collided on the first turn.  Unique Quality and Zipping Nitro collided entering the front straight and again in the front straight.  Mitch Bale checked off Loch Tight on the second turn and collided with Zipping Nitro checking Unique Quality which raced wide.
