Welsly Bale, I'm A Dominator and Sprint Gordon were slow to begin. Welsly Bale and Sprint Gordon collided approaching the first turn. Fire Legend, Swift Timing and Rock And Roll collided on the first turn. Sprint Gordon checked off I'm A Dominator approaching the second turn. Mega Dossa checked off Swift Timing approaching the second turn, severely checking I'm A Dominator which raced wide as a result. Mega Dossa fell.
Mega Dossa was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained a laceration to the left dew claw, a 5 day stand down period was imposed.
