Representative, Mr T Dailly advised that Dyna Unther was a late scratching at 12:22pm when the greyhound was found to have lameness to the right front leg (GAR 23). A 10 day stand down period was imposed. Stewards will require a veterinary certificate before any future nomination will be accepted.
A pre-race sample was taken from Shima Shine.
Shina Shine and Mario Vest Only collided soon after the start. Mario Vest Only, Shima Shine, Master Cosmic and Angie Ling collided approaching the first turn, checking Master Cosmic and Angie Ling. Master Cosmic and Angie Ling collided on the home turn, checking both greyhounds. Angie Ling raced wide on the home turn.
