Stewards spoke to Mr. Garry Selkrig, Trainer of Curlin' Merlin regarding an incident in the catching pen. Stewards directed that Curlin' Merlin must race only with an Anti-Aggression Muzzle fitted. If the greyhound is not presented with an AA muzzle, it must be scratched under GAR 20 (4).

Trainer Mr D. Langley and the Kennel Attendant and were issued a warning after the greyhound Back A Roughy was negligently (GAR 86(o)) placed in the incorrect kennel during the kennelling process. Both the Kennel Attendant and Mr. Langley were reminded of their responsibilities and advised to check the kennel ticket before kennelling a greyhound in future events. This matter will be reported to the HGA Club Manager.

Sense – In accordance with GAR 73, presented for a re-vet at the conclusion of kennelling as the greyhound was found to be injured at Warragul on 21/05/20. Sense was examined by the on-track veterinarian and found to be free from injury. Sense was Cleared to race.
