Steward's Report
Smokey Renn was slow to begin. All Over Max stumbled at box rise and was very slow to begin (3L).
Aston Valkyrie checked off Uncle Drew approaching the first turn, checking Uncle Drew. Smokey Renn galloped on Uncle Drew on the first turn, checking It's Magic and Dyna Garner, and severely checking Smokey Renn and Uncle Drew; Smokey Renn stumbled and lost ground as a result. It's Magic and Dyna Garner collided on the home turn. Aston Valkyrie raced wide entering the home straight.
Smokey Venn underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a spike wound to the back left metatarsal. A five day stand down period was imposed.
