Bourbski Bar, Spring Bridge, Ash Star, Lektra Spring, Rockstar Prince, Ace Allen and Dyna Garnier collided on the first turn checking all eight greyhounds. Ash Star checked off Spring Bridge entering the front straight. Lektra Spring and Ace Allen collided in the front straight. Fernando's Riot contacted the running rail on the second turn.
Fernando's Riot was vetted following the event. It was reported that there was no apparent injury found.
