Steward's Report
Mr. W. Dunium failed to appear at the kennels by the appointed time to retrieve and prepare Miss Murino for racing. Mr. Duniam was fined $100 pursuant to GAR 46(2)
My Girl Sissy was quick to begin.
Cullquin Bronn was very slow to begin (4L).
Shooters Ali and Quid Pro Quo collided soon after the start checking Quid Pro Quo. Nicky As and Shooters Ali collided entering the back straight checking Nicky As. Nicky As and Quid Pro Quo collided on the second turn checking both greyhounds. Nicky As faltered approaching the home turn and failed to finish.
Nicky As underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a right monkey muscle injury and a right toe torn nail. A 21 day stand down period was imposed.
