A sample was taken from Big Reputation upon arrival at the course.
A pre-race sample was taken from Winlock Homes.
Winlock Homes was slow to begin.
Big Reputation and Hurricane Rose collided soon after the start. Voluptuous Dot crossed to the outside at the 250m mark colliding with Hurricane Rose. Voluptuous Dot and Hurricane Rose collided at the 200m mark. Voluptuous Dot and Hurricane Rose collided at the 150m checking Winlock Homes, Voluptuous Dot and Hurricane Rose.
Voluptuous Dot underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a split webbing on the right hind paw. A 10 day stand down period was imposed.
