Steward's Report
A pre-race sample was taken from Crymelon Kit.
Crymelon Kit was slow to begin.
Fast Freddie checked off Pyrenees Inferno approaching the first turn. Charlotte Allen, Game Spirit and Lock Pepper collided approaching the first turn checking Game Spirit and Charlotte Allen. Fast Freddie lost ground on the first turn. Smash Flash and Pyrenees Inferno collided on the first turn.
Fast Freddie underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a left quadriceps muscle injury, dehydration and signs of exhaustion/slow recovery. A 14 day stand down period was imposed. Stewards spoke to Mr R. Tolson, the trainer of Fast Freddie regarding its performance in the event. After viewing the official replays, taking evidence from Mr Tolson and acknowledging the On Track Veterinarian's report Stewards deemed the performance unsatisfactory, acting in accordance with GAR 71, Fast Freddie must perform a Satisfactory Trial (all tracks) before any future nomination will be accepted.
