Steward's Report
Zipping Storm, Ball Bearing and Cullquin Cersei were slow to begin.
Ball Bearing and Cullquin Cersei collided soon after the start and again at the 250m mark. Tashendo and Cullquin Cersei collided at the 200m mark. Ball Bearing checked off Tashendo at the 200m mark. Zipping Storm crossed out at the 75m mark. Zipping Storm veered out and marred Zambora Cash approaching the winning post.
Zipping Storm underwent a post-race veterinary examination - no apparent injury was reported.
Stewards spoke to Mr S. Mallia, the trainer of Zipping Storm regarding the greyhounds racing manners approaching the winning post. Acting under the provisions of GAR 69(1) Zipping Storm was charged with marring. Mr Mallia pleaded guilty to the charge, Zipping Storm is suspended for 3 months at all tracks and must perform a Satisfactory Trial (all tracks), pursuant to GAR 69(2)(b) before any future nomination will be accepted.
