A pre-race sample was unable to be obtained from Midnight Bling, a post-race sample was subsequently taken.
Chilling Story, Big Holiday, Yep Yep and Cool Rage collided soon after the start checking Big Holiday. Chilling Story, Yep Yep, Cool Rage and Dial Triple One collided on the first turn checking Yep Yep and severely checking Dial Triple One. Firelight Twist checked off Millie's Angel on the first turn. Big Holiday and Yep Yep collided on the first turn severely checking Yep Yep. Firelight Twist checked off Cool Rage on the home turn.
Dial Triple One which tailed off underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a left foreleg split webbing.. A 14 day stand down period was imposed.
Yep Yep underwent a post-race veterinary examination - no apparent injury was reported.
