A pre-race sample was taken from Dirty Mary.
Pure Ruler, Rocken Boz and Dirty Mary were slow to begin. Rocken Boz, Deimos and Bella's Girl collided soon after the start. Sadler Allen and Candescent collided soon after the start. Pure Ruler, Rocken Boz, Deimos and Dirty Mary collided on the first turn checking Rocken Boz and Deimos. Pure Ruler and Dirty Mary collided entering the front straight. Dirty Mary and Candescent collided on the second turn. Sadler Allen checked off Lektra Scarlett on the second turn and raced wide as a result. Pure Ruler and Lektra Scarlett collided in the back straight. Dirty Mary and Candescent collided approaching the home turn checking both greyhounds. Deimos checked off Candescent in the home straight.
Sadler Allen was vetted following the event. It was reported that there was no apparent injury found.
