Steward's Report
Young Rachel was slow to begin.
Inter Elesha and Pyrenees Classic collided soon after the start. Pyrenees Classic and Quicksilver Hope collided on the first turn checking Pyrenees Classic, Quicksilver Hope and Inter Elesha. Pyrenees Classic and Quicksilver Hope collided approaching the home turn. Pyrenees Classic raced wide entering the home straight.

Slingshot Whippa finished 1st, Piper's Unicorn finished 4th.
Slingshot Whipper– Performed a Stewards Satisfactory trial as the greyhound has not competed in an event for in excess of six months due to broken right hock. Weighing 28.5kg and beginning from box one, Slingshot Whipper completed the 390 trial distance in a time of 22.52. Slingshot Whipper placed first in a field of four winning by 7.5L. Slingshot Whipper has been cleared to race.
Piper's Unicorn – Performed a Stewards Satisfactory trial as the greyhound was stood down from racing at the Geelong for unsatisfactory proformance. Weighing 32.4kg and beginning from box seven, Piper's Unicorn completed the 390 trial distance in a time of 22.52. Piper's Unicorn placed fourth in a field of four beaten by 11.75L. Piper's Unicorn has been cleared to race at all tracks.
