Our China Plate went up with the lids and was slow to begin.
Nunniong Miss checked off Alouette Jack soon ater the start. Alouette Jack, Got It Right and Tayla's Banjo collided at the 300m mark checking all greyhounds. Tayla's Banjo lost ground at the 200m mark and tailed off. Aloutte Jack lost ground at the 100m mark.
Tayla's Banjo underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have an injury to the left shoulder. A 14 day stand down period was imposed.
Alouette Jack underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a left back injury and mild abrasions to the right tarsus. A 14 day stand down period was imposed.
