Steward's Report
Henrow Bale was slow to begin.
Kaide Bale eased soon after the start and lost ground. Miss Toy, Queena Bale and Aston Sakura collided soon after the start checking Queena Bale. Erolo Bale and Queena Bale collided approaching the first turn checking Erolo Bale and Miss Toy. Queena Bale and Many Paws collided on the first turn checking Queena Bale. Queena Bale and Erolo Bale collided approaching the home turn.
Kaide Bale underwent a post-race veterinary examination and no apparent injury could be detected.
Stewards spoke to Mrs A.Dailly, the trainer of Kaide Bale regarding the greyhounds racing manners soon after the start. Acting under the provisions of GAR 69(A)(1) Kaide Bale was charged with failing to pursue the lure with due commitment. Mrs Dailly pleaded guilty to the charge, Kaide Bale is suspended for 28 days at Geelong and must perform a Satisfactory Trial (all tracks), pursuant to GAR 69(A)(2)(a) before any future nomination will be accepted.
