Jed Bale and Kramer Bale collided approaching the home turn checking kramer Bale.  Yanira Bale clipped the heels of Abby's Toy entering the home straight.  Kramer Bale marred Maximum Zoe  in the home straight.  Yanira Bale and Abby's Toy collided approaching the winning post.

Kramer Bale underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a left hindleg medial tibial injury. A 10 stand down period was imposed.

Maximum Zoe underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a left fore paw spike wound. No stand down period was imposed.

Stewards spoke to Mr C Grenfell, the trainer of Kramer Bale regarding the greyhounds racing manners in the home straight.  Acting under the provisions of GAR 69(1) Kramer Bale was charged with marring. Mr C. Grenfell pleaded guilty to the charge, Kramer Bale is suspended for 28 days at Geelong and must perform a Satisfactory Trial (all tracks), pursuant to GAR 69(2)(a) before any future nomination will be accepted.

Enya Bale, Cutlass and Lektra Perry were slow to begin

Missy Bale, Red Rochelle and Enya Bale collided approaching the first turn.  Dyna Unther, Red Rochelle and Hey Lonely Girl collided on the first turn.  Enya Bale, Red Rochelle and Cutlass collided on the first turn checking Red Rochelle.  Hey Lonely Girl, Haidee Bale and Dyna Unther collided approaching the home turn checking Dyna Unther.  Lektra Perry clipped the heels of Dyna Unther approaching the home turn checking Lektra Perry.  Hey Lonely Girl and Haidee Bale collided on the home turn. Missy Bale underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a left hindleg split webbing. A 14 day stand down period was imposed.

Henrow Bale was slow to begin.

Kaide Bale underwent a post-race veterinary examination and no apparent injury could be detected. 

Stewards spoke to Mrs A.Dailly, the trainer of Kaide Bale regarding the greyhounds racing manners soon after the start.  Acting under the provisions of GAR 69(A)(1) Kaide Bale was charged with failing to pursue the lure with due commitment. Mrs Dailly pleaded guilty to the charge, Kaide Bale is suspended for 28 days at Geelong and must perform a Satisfactory Trial (all tracks), pursuant to GAR 69(A)(2)(a) before any future nomination will be accepted.

One For Many and Blue Glitter collided soon after the start checking One For Many.  Black Tess and Dyna Acacia collided soon after the start.  Blue Glitter and Last Hurrah collided approaching the first turn.  Black Tess and One For Many collided approaching the home turn and again on the home straight.  Last Hurrah stumbled entering the home straight. Black Tess and One For Many collided entering the home straight.  Ugo Girl raced wide in the home staight.

Blockette was quick to begin.  Osiris Child and Blockette collided soon after the start checking Blockette.  Blockette contacted the running rail approaching the first turn and lost ground as a result.  Maramba, Kurri Kurri and Hot Tottie collided on the first turn.  Blockette and Hadeel Bale collided on the home turn.  Kurri Kurri and Hot Tottie collided entering the home straight.

Goldenpaw Lad and Mepunga Pride collided approaching the home turn, checking Mepunga Pride. Monaro Joe and Agent Que raced wide in the home straight.

Acting under GAR 31(2) Stewards charged the handler of Shakin' Brave, Mr L.Rowe $250 with $150 suspended for twelve months pending no further breaches of GAR 31, after he was late to kennel the greyhound for racing.  Mr Rowe pleaded guilty to the charge, Stewards found Mr Rowe guilty. In making this decision Stewards took into consideration the submissions put forward by Mr Rowe regarding his personal circumstances.

Sweet Ambush and Tennyson Girl collided soon after the start.  Quick Transition and Yenderra Bazza collided approaching the first turn.  Yenderra Bazza, Unity Allen and Sweet Ambush collided on the first turn checking Unity Allen. Quick Transition and Unity Allen collided approaching the home turn cheching Quick transition. 

Charcoal Avenue - not raced for in excess of 3 months and is returning to racing from a change of trainer.

Black Magic, Icarus, Mahjong Magic and Lost love collided soon after the start, checking Black Market. Loroupe and Little Lotta collided on the first turn. Loroupe, Daytona Fernando and Little Lotta collided approaching the home turn, checking Little lotta which lost ground. Mahjong Magic and Lost Love collided several times in the home straight. 

Litte Lotta underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a right back Gracilis muscle injury. A 60 Day stand down period was imposed.
