Steward's Report
The photo finish system failed to capture an image for this event. Judges determined the finishing order with the use of the backup system and with their own observations.
Aleta Allen was quick to begin. Lacey Underall and Gung Ho Rumble were slow to begin. Fire Fire, Mister Scull, Lacey Underall and Gung Ho Rumble collided soon after the start. Taaginga Dream crossed to the rail soon after the start, checking Gung Ho Rumble and severely checking Lacey Underall who stumbled and lost considerable ground. Pattie Phevos, Fire Fire and Mister Scull collided approaching the first turn, checking Fire Fire and severely checking Pattie Phevos and causing Gung Ho Rumble to race wide. Fire Fire and Gung Ho Rumble collided approaching the second turn, checking Fire Fire.
Lacey Underall was vetted following the event. It was reported that there was no apparent injury found.
