A car park sample was taken from Kid Lavros upon arrival at the course, prior to kennelling.
Maramba was a late scratching at 15.02pm on the advice of the On-track veterinarian due to an abraded pad on the right fore. A 10 day stand down period was imposed.
Kurri Kurri and Midnight Mick were quick to begin. Kid Lavros was slow to begin.
Still In Play, Kid Lavros and Midnight Mick collided on the first turn checking Still In Play and Midnight Mick.
