Steward's Report
The start time for this event was re-scheduled to 7.41pm.
Garga Mill and Rockstar Rinzo were slow to begin. Where's Bozo checked off Real Baroque soon after the start, checking Rockstar Rinzo. Pentapod, Dyna Olwen and Garga Mill collided on the first turn, checking Dyna Olwen and Witch Lock. Where's Bozo galloped on the heels of Witch Lock approaching the home turn, severely checking Witch Lock which lost considerable ground as a result. Pentapod checked off Garga Mill on the home turn. Pentapod and Real Baroque collided on the home turn, checking Pentapod.
Witch Lock was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained a grade 1 tear of the left tricep and left hamstring. A seven-day stand down period was imposed.
