Good Old Oscar and Spyware were slow to begin.
Good Old Oscar, That Was Then, Terry's Delight, Spyware and Popat Port collided soon after the start checking That Was Then, Terry's Delight and Spyware. Crackerjack Dak and Schofield collided approaching the first turn checking Schofield. That Was Then and Terry's Delight collided on the first turn checking That Was Then. Crackerjack Dak and Schofield collided approaching the home turn severely checking Schofield which stumbled as a result. Terry's Delight and Schofield collided approaching the home turn. That Was Then and Schofield collided entering the home straight.
Schofield was vetted following the event and after being re-vetted following event 12, it was reported that sustained an injury to the left quadriceps and spike wound to the left hock, a 7 day stand down penalty was imposed.
