Zafonic Trevor crossed out soon after the start checking Blackpool Ace and Cool Rage. Shot Of Spice and Cool Rage collided entering the home straight.

Blackpool Ace was vetted following the event.  It was reported that there was no apparent injury sustained.

Sirius Matters and Blackpool Nugget were quick to begin. 

Blackpool Nugget, Ragged Warrior and Miss Dangerwood collided approaching the first turn. Alpanda and Nice Surprise collided approaching the first turn checking Nice Surprise. Ragged Warrior and Blackpool Nugget collided on the first turn checking Blackpool Nugget. Dyna Boris and Blackpool Nugget colllided in the home straight. Blackpool Nugget, Dyna Boris and Damo's Pineapple raced wide in the home straight.

Bluey Can Fly, Terrigal Tornado,Extra kisses and Monoak collided approaching the first turn checking Terrigal Tornado and Extra Kisses. Terrigal Tornado and Extra Kisses collided on the first turn and again appraoching the home turn checking both greyhounds. Jean Girard checked off Janray Tigerlily approaching the winning post.

Buddie's Al, Treble Clef and Still In Play collided soon after the start checking Treble Clef and Still In Play. Buddie's Al and Milly's Coconut collided on the first turn checking Milly's Coconut. Treble Clef and Milly's Coconut collided approaching the home turn, on the home turn and entering the back straight checking both greyhounds. Buddie's Al raced wide in the home straight. 

Shooters Ali was vetted following the event.  It was reported that there was no apparent injury sustained.

Popowski was quick to begin.

Dodge An' Steele and Popowski collided approaching the first turn checking Popowski. Don's Machine and Popowski collided entering the home straight checking checking Don's Machine.

Stewards spoke to Mr David Plant, the trainer of Karaoke Ken regarding the length of time the greyhound has had between races.  Karaoke Ken last raced on 21 September, 2018. Mr Plant stated that the greyhound was resuming racing following an injury to the right back muscle and the inability to gain a start. Mr D. Plant also declared a new weight of 36.2kgs for the greyhound in accordance with GAR 39(2). Karaoke Ken last raced at 34.9kgs.

Jimbo's Sox and Notorious King were quick to begin. Izza Lektra was slow to begin.

Kamchatka Lenny and Notorious King raced wide in the home straight.

Karaoke Ken was vetted following the event.  It was reported that there was no apparent injury found.

Stewards spoke to Mr David Plant, the trainer of the greyhound Karaoke Ken regarding the greyhound's performance. Mr Plant stated that the greyhound had been trialling satisfactorily and it was his intention to race over a shorter distance. Mr Plant added that it would be his intention to retire the greyhound as it is now six years old. Stewards deemed the performance of Karaoke Ken unsatisfactory in this event and acting in accordance with GAR 71, directed that Karaoke Ken must perform a Satisfactory Trial (all tracks) before any future nomination will be accepted.

Bowon Approach was a late scratching at 8.30pm due to the greyhound being on season (GAR 24). A 28 day stand down period was imposed.

Frosty Snowman and Deflection were slow to begin. 

Maximum Bliss, Frosty Snowman and Charlotte Allen collided on the first turn checking Charlotte Allen. Maximum Bliss and Deflection collided on home turn. Maximum Joan crossed out in the home straight. Maximum Bliss and Maximum Joan raced wide in the home straight.

Sub Zero Magic and My Hardaway Hana were quick to begin. Lava Lamp was slow to begin.

Monkey Mite and Due Fratteli collided on the first turn checking Monkey Mite. My Hardaway Hana checked off Azure Dragon on the first turn.

Crackerjack Tim crosssed in soon after the start checking Big Mary.  Merl's Blaze and Crackerjack Tim collided approaching the first turn checking Princess Parker, Merl's Blaze and Dyna Diedre. Crackerjack Tim checked off Cavalry Rose on first turn. Destini Exactor and Cavalry Rose collided on the home turn. Big mary and Dyna Diedre collided in the home straight. Merl's Blaze raced wide in the home straight.

Stewards spoke to Mr Raymond Gatt, the trainer of Nambrok Agent regarding the length of time the greyhound has had between races.  Nambrok Agent last raced on 31 July, 2018. Mr Gatt stated that the greyhound was reuming racing following right hind Metatarsal fracture.

My Names Rhonda and Nambrok Agent were quick to begin. Alouette Jack, Riverdale Tarzan and Zipping Nicole were slow to begin. Spur and Blitzen Bell collided on the first turn checking both greyhounds. Poison Pen checked off Nambrok Agent on the first turn.

Riverdale Tarzan was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained a right back muscle injury. A 28 day stand down period was imposed.

Zipping Nicole was vetted following the event.  It was reported that sustained a right monkey muscle and a right back muscle injury. A 14 day stand down period was imposed.
