Keep On Runnin' was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained a spike wound to its hind paws and evidence of cramping post run.  No stand down period was imposed.

Stewards issued a warning to Mr. M. Tabb, the trainer of Temporalis regarding the greyhound's racing manners in the home straight.

Two For Me and Cash No Bounce were slow to begin.  Blackpool Nugget and Limburg Magic collided approaching the first turn checking Limburg Magic.  Ace Cruising and Two For Me collided on the first turn checking Two For Me.  Ace Cruising, Two For Me and Pandora's Comet collided approaching the home turn checking Ace Cruising and Two For Me and causing Cash No Bounce to gallop on the heels of Two For Me; Two For Me and Cash No Bounce lost ground as a result.  Cash No Bounce checked off Two For Me in the home straight.

Cash No Bounce was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained minor spike wounds to all four legs and swelling to its left lumbar.  A 3 day stand down period was imposed.

Stewards spoke to Mr. D. Pell, the handler of Call Me Bubbles regarding the length of time the greyhound has had between races.  Call Me Bubbles last raced on 26th April 2018 and is returning to racing following being on season.

The Club Veterinary Surgeon examined Chochlik and no illness was detected.  The greyhound was a late scratching at 4:54pm due to weight variation (GAR 39).  A 10 day stand down period was imposed.  Trainer Mrs. M. Mallia-Magri was fined the sum of $100.

Tiggerlong Boo was a late scratching at 4:53pm on the advice of the Club’s Veterinary Surgeon due to split webbing to the left hind paw.  A 5 day stand down period was imposed.
