Steward's Report
Shining and Blue Shadows were slow to begin.
Dyna Chancer and Sweet Bourbski collided soon after the start. Dyna Chancer, Sweet Bourbski and Blue Shadows collided on the first turn. Sweet Bourbski faltered on the third turn and pulled up as a result.
Sweet Bourbski underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a right fractured hock. A 90 stand down period was imposed.
Post-race samples were taken from placegetters - Ella Enchanted (1st) and Poco Dorado (2nd).
The Stewards and the Sandown Track Curator inspected the track surface in the vicinity of where Sweet Bourbski faltered In running. The surface was declared suitable for racing.
