Steward's Report
A pre-race sample was taken from Atlas Anonymous.
Kraken Rye was quick to begin. Dashing Diamond was slow to begin. Atlas Anonymous, Black Lazarus and Stavros collided soon after the start. Through and Brake Drum collided soon after the start. Atlas Anonymous, Black Lazarus, Stavros and Dashing Diamond collided on the first turn, checking Black Lazarus, Stavros and Dashing Diamond. Through checked off Atlas Anonymous approaching the home turn. Black Lazarus checked off Dashing Diamond on the home turn, as a result raced wide and lost ground. Stavros and Dashing Diamond collided in the home straight.
Black Lazarus underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a right hindleg shine soreness injury. A five stand down period was imposed.
