Steward's Report
A pre-race sample was taken from She's A Mitzi.
Grey Ghost checked off Lylah's Way approaching the first turn. May Haze, Striking Weetbix and Pagan Dancer collided approaching the first turn checking Pagan Dancer and severely checking May Haze which stumbled and lost considerable ground. Grey Ghost and Kinloch Moss collided approaching the second turn and again entering the back straight checking both greyhounds.
May Haze underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a right monkey muscle, left and right shoulder muscle injuries. A 14 day stand down period was imposed.
A post-race sample was taken from Lektra Spring - winner of the event.
