Vampire Vixen was quick to begin. Allusion and Magic Bulldozer collided soon after the start checking Magic Bulldozer. Allusion and Vampire Vixen collided approaching the first turn. Allusion, Vampire Vixen and Bunning Snag collided on the first turn. Burning Express clipped the heels of Magic Bulldozer approaching the home turn checking Burning Express. Bunning Snag and Vampire Vixen collided approaching the home turn. Burning Express and Figment collided in the home straight checking Figment.

Swift Current was quick to begin. So Tough and Flying Bazza were slow to begin. Aston Verve and Flying Bazza collided approaching the first turn. Kraken Glows and Flying Bazza collided on the first turn. Aston Verve and Swordfish Fozz collided approaching the home turn.

So Tough underwent a post-race veterinary examination and no apparent injury could be detected.

Get It Gizmo was quick to begin. Flaming Knocka and Black Canvas collided soon after the start. Aston Moscato and Delusional Fab collided approaching the first turn checking Delusional Fab. Ridge Top, Flaming Knocka and Aston Moscato collided on the first turn causing Flaming Knocka to fall, severely checking Black Canvas.

Flaming Knocka underwent a post-race veterinary examination and no apparent injury could be detected.

Ruby Girl and Fabrebab collided in the home straight.

This race was delayed approximately 1 minute 40 seconds due to holding for a Hawkesbury gallops race.

Tibby Shore, I'm Easy Boys, Sandy's My Name and Monster Harley collided approaching the first turn checking Monster Harley. Golden Shiraz and Monster Harley collided on the first turn. Tibby Shore and Golden Shiraz collided in the home straight.

Stewards noted that due to a technical difficulty the incorrect race number was displayed on the semaphore board for this race.

Iceni Skye and Red Hot Chance collided soon after the start checking Iceni Skye. Atlas True Blue, Tat Tubby and Taylor Bale collided approaching the first turn. Red Hot Chance and Rod Vader collided on the first turn checking Red Hot Chance. Vintage Storm clipped the heels of Tat Tubby on the home turn. Atlas True Blue raced wide in the home straight.

Post-race samples were taken from Go Gettem Bingo (2nd) and Bear Left (3rd).

Zipping Jersey - Late scratching at 10:56 am due to the greyhound being on season (GAR 24). A 28 day stand down period was imposed.

Mr Thomas Wark was issued with a warning after the greyhound Kehestto was placed in the incorrect kennel during the kennelling process.

Club Official Mr Les Harris was issued with a warning after the greyhound Kehestto was placed in the incorrect kennel during the kennelling process. This matter was referred to the Club Manager for further consideration.

A pre-race sample was taken from Merl's Angel.

Macs Model, Stand Beside Me and Aston Jagger collided soon after the start and again approaching the first turn checking Macs Model. Stand Beside Me galloped on the heels of Aston Jagger on the first turn checking both greyhounds. Aston Jagger raced wide in the home straight.

Stewards held an inquiry with Mr Clint Capuano in regards to his conduct after the running of this race. Stewards heard evidence from Stewards Shane Bettess and Michael Hill and Mr Capuano. After hearing submissions, Stewards issued a charge under GAR 86 (q) for engaging in conduct detrimental the image of greyhound racing. Mr Capuano pleaded guilty to the charge. After hearing submissions on penalty, including his good record and acknowledgement of the offence, a fine of $250 was imposed, with $100 suspended for 12 months pending no further behaviour related offences in that time.

Dee Dee One and Go Pies were slow to begin. Rebecca Bale and Aston Milla collided on the first turn checking Aston Milla. Rebecca Bale and Aston Milla collided entering the home straight. Ikon Parker clipped the heels of Desiree Dancer in the home straight.

Dee Dee One underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a large laceration to the left side of the tongue.  A 14 stand down period was imposed.

Samples were taken from Missy Marlus, Senor Asher, Jackie Jai and Poor Old Frank upon arrival at the course.

Senor Asher and Jackie Jai were slow to begin. Hit 'N' Split and Stylish Bree collided approaching the first turn checking Hit 'N' Split. Jackie Jai and Senor Asher collided in the home straight checking Senor Asher. Hit 'N' Split and Quen Bale approaching the winning post.

Emily Skye – Performed a Stewards Satisfactory trial as connections wish to apply right-side blinkers. Weighing 25.4kg and beginning from box 4, Emily Skye completed the 390m trial distance in a time of 22.75. Emily Skye placed first in a field of four winning by a nose. Emily Skye has been cleared to race in blinkers.
