Stewards dispensed with the Hot Weather Policy prior to the running of this event as there was a substantial drop in temperature (21.0 C).

For The Horde underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have an abrasion to the left hind leg . No stand down period was imposed.

Why Not Kaleb underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have an injury to the left back muscle. A 5 day stand down period was imposed.

Dyna Eleana underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a left shoulder injury. A 5 day stand down period was imposed.

Kraken Dust underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a minor laceration to the left hind foot. No stand down period was imposed.
