Crackerjack Nath, Winlock Ludacris and Pat Malone collided soon after the start. Micky Rads galloped on the heels of Wok Fried Yabby approaching the first turn, checking Wok Fried Yabby. Micky Rads checked off Wok Fried Yabby on the first turn. Winlock Newbolt and Pat Malone collided on the home turn, checking Pat Malone.
